Thank you for your trust and business with Luxzeera. We make every effort to provide you products of the highest quality. But in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with an item or damaged item, you must send request to contact@luxzeera.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.

  • Return Period:

    You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. EU Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the day after you receive your order.


  • Initiating a Return:

    To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@luxzeera.com or through our return portal. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Damages and Issues:

    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item:

    • • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
    • • Provide clear photos showing the damage or issue, along with a detailed description.
    • • We'll assess the issue promptly and provide further instructions for return or exchange.
  • Incorrect Size Received:
    • • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
    • • Let us know the correct size you need.
    • • If available, we'll arrange an exchange. You may be responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Refunds:
    • • Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
    • • Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
    • • Original shipping fee and return shipping fee will not be refunded.

Additional Guidelines:

  • • Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original, undamaged packaging with tags attached.
  • • Ensure clothing is free of deodorant, makeup, tan, or perfume marks when trying on.
  • • Swimwear must be tried on over underwear with the hygiene strip intact for returns.
  • • Shoes must be tried on indoors to prevent marking the soles and should be returned in their original, unmarked shoebox.
  • • Refunds will be issued only to your original payment method or as store credit for Luxzeera purchases.
  • • Final sale items or gift cards are not eligible for return.

Our return policy varies based on your location. If you're in the European Union, you have a 14-day return window from the day you receive your item to request a return. For all other regions, our general return policy extends to 30 days after you receive your item. If you need to return an item, please reach out to us within the applicable timeframe, and we'll assist you through the process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Yes, certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, sale items, or gift cards

We do not offer exchange.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
